Ready to Run
I keep watching my 7-month old son rock on his hands and knees and wondering how much longer I have before I’m chasing him around the room. Not only is he desperately trying to crawl (he gets so frustrated!), but he also loves standing up and walking around the room. Here’s a picture my hubby sent to me this morning:

I am getting close....
Can you see the drop of drool about to fall off of his chin? This kid is a drooling machine. He soaks bibs like it’s his job. It’s been going on since he was about 3 months old and is showing no signs of easing up. I can’t wait to put the bibs away and finally be able to see him in his adorable wardrobe!!
Hi Michelle
I laugh through all your amusing Charlie tales. He does look ready to go-go-go!
Forget the bibs, this kid is going mobile… and soon (for me it was 10.5 mo’s). You will be chasing him EVERYWHERE. Well dear, that’s the end to any rest you may have been hoping for. This is where Mommy (& Daddy) get a FREE daily workout chasing adorable Charlie. What fun. (We went to the NH Mountains and took our Jon for a hike – he fit in his Snuggly at this age.)
And yes you will get through this with wonderful memories… I just wish I wrote more of them down. But you are bringing the memories back!.
Keep the stories coming We just love it!

Hi, Michelle:
Charlie is truly adorable. We are grandparents of teenagers now, but we still remember our kids and grandchildren when they were all your son’s age.
Love him lots! These kids grow so fast and you ask where did the time go!
God Bless you and your little family.
Jan and Sam
Thanks for the kind comments! Everyone warns you about how quickly time goes by, but until you have a child of your own, you never realize it. I’m having so much fun watching Charlie develop at a lightning pace, but part of me wants to slow it down a little.
