Scared — To Help
No one loves Halloween as much as RoseAnne DeAngelis. Take a look at the Street Story video blog.

The actual Street Story on Friday at 6:15 is even better and the display itself?
“It’s a day for children,” DeAngellis tells us. “If I can make them smile, then I’m happy.”
She does admit she likes to scare a few adults as well. In our story, you’ll see fearless photog John Villella almost drop the camara.
And the best part is after walking through this maze of about 100 ‘fright-sights’, there’s a collection box to help Hasbro Childrens’ Hospital fight cancer.
“It’s so sad what the children have to go through.”
DeAngellis set up the fun in her yard at 7 Hickory Road in Coventry and she says you can visit any night through Halloween.
I’ve looked all over the website. Where is the link that we can post positive news?
Only thing on WPRI is negative. Shootings, Crashes, something stolen.
Make a story about something about us giveing, sharing, celebrating!
I know you think everyone want’s to hear about the bad stuff, its why folks slow down at a car accident. But we need a positive link.
You are one of the best reporters WPRI has, make this link true.
MattD.
I do a weekly story that’s on the positive side. Take a look. They’re called Street Stories…the idea being that they happen on any street, in any neighborhood. We have a special running on New Years day.
If you have any ideas…please send them my way.
