  1. You have to give Sean Daly credit for asking the tough questions right to his face.

I imagine a body language expert would have a lot to say………..

I find it audacious to say he would do this all again==after all it is the taxpayers money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1. twiggy says:

This is why he needs to be voted OUT.

  2. DustoMan says:

Any business can fail. To say that the video game industry is a high risk business compared to the film or television industry (which RI also gives tax incentives for) or some manufacturing company or retail business is doing harm to the industry as a whole in the public eye. If anything, this whole mess should be saying to companies that might have been thinking about coming to RI. – Don’t go there. You don’t know if the state is going to pull the rug out from under you or do other things to undermine your business in the name of serving the taxpaying or politicians trying to make themselves look good to their constituents.

    1. NOT WITH TAXPAYERS DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Ed says:

Gordon Fox is lying like a rug! I hope the feds investigate, indict, proscute, and convict. If the feds do the proscuting their will be no probation.

  4. Lucy Fer says:

Gordon Fox and Michael Curso are the main conspirators in this 38 Studios fiasco with Schilling with help from the Gen Assembly leadership, Constantino who now works under Chafee–Helio Melo, who now has Constantino’s Financed Chair job and last but not least, Carcieri and Stokes who felt the EDC could pull this scam with Carcieri pushing the deal..The EDC.a group of people with no financial college degrees, business school training or business acumen. But there was good old arrogant Carcieri trying to make a quick buck and Stokes afraid of Carcieri firing him if he did not do as he asked. These are the main players.
Then you have the supporting cast. The secondary layer of people and even a bank trying to cash on on this deal. And in all of this where is Kilmartin? the Attorney General? Kilmartin is a retired police captain and formerly a member of the Rhode Island House of Reps. Why is he silent? Who is he protecting? What a coincidence that he and Fox were Gen Assembly colleagues? Will he now investigate his buddy Gordon? Or will Fox strike even another deal?

    1. Ed says:

This is the best Rhode Island has to offer, no wonder the state is in the shape it is. You people have got to stop electing your pathetic relatives.
