		<description><![CDATA[I’m Ted Nesi, here’s my date of birth, here’s my income, what am I eligible for?

Ted - you don&#039;t see a problem with this?   Income should not be asked.  Why should a healthy person who makes good money pay more than someone who is unhealthy and poor?  That unhealthy person would use much more resources than a healthy person yet the healthy person pays much more.  I&#039;m confused, is this still America?]]></description>
