Below is a snapshot from the satellite and radar picture at 8AM this morning.  Notice the heavy rain moving in from the south.  A lot of this is pointed at southeastern Mass which has a good chance of showers/donwpours/thunderstorms from the morning into the early afternoon.   Rhode Island may also get clipped at times by these downpours, but may see a bit more rain free time.  Stay safe and dry! -Pete Mangione
