Great it is a start! Now I wish the state and local government would get out of the social service business and allow charitible organizations take care of those issues.
Sell all the senior housing AKA the projects, elminate RIteCare, eliminate the state welfare. Give school vouchers and start reducintg the number of public school teachers. Elminate zoning laws and allow the private sector to buy delipadated neighborhoods from the owners and tear them down. Then cut the pay to all public sector employees of state and local govenment by 20%, make them pay 35% of their health care with a $50 copay, give them back only the money they have contributed to the pension no interest, raise the retirement age on state and muni workers until 67, years of service don’t count. After that is done fix the roads and bridges, elminate the car tax, invoentory tax, business tax, and sales tax.
