The EBT system is full of fraud waste and abuse, 90% of the people getting any of these funds are either getting funds as frauds, or abuse from the social workers, or clerks that work in socials services. Time to elminate this program, give the taxpayers a break and allow charities to do this work. At least with Charities they are more responsible with the money than some public sector employee who is counting down days until they get retirement.
I want to add 90% of the Rhode Islanders getting EBT works out to be 135K people. Don’t tell me their is no fraud.
