The American Society of Civil Engineers is out with its latest report card on the nation’s infrastructure (the country got a D+) and as part of the release has created web pages with facts and figures about the infrastructure in each of the 50 states.     Color me surprised we have 87+ dams. Also, they botched the silhouette of Rhode Island.

    Pretend you’ve been shot down over Nazi Germany: burn your possessions, destroy your ID, dress like the enemy (don a union uniform, there are many to choose from), and follow the drinking gourd, using escape and evade tactics– to the border, and hope there’s not a tax increase (for the children, of course) before you establish residency in a free state–Nevada and Colorado come to mind.
