Doherty: No plans to run for RI governor in 2014

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – Former State Police superintendent and congressional candidate Brendan Doherty on Friday said he has no plans to run for statewide office in 2014, likely clearing a path for Cranston Mayor Allan Fung to run unopposed in a Republican primary for governor next year.

    Thank goodness! The man had no executive experience and had no real ideas. Glad the republicans were able to stop him this time from embarassing them.

    Doherty would be a great candidate, but why even have others run for politics in RI? It’s just Dominated by Demograts and liberals that are greasing the sh*tty gears that are driving this state into the ground.

    We all know RI will be stupid enough to re-elect the Gump anyways! He’ll just get the dead poeple mail ballots and bus in illegal aliens to secure his win…

    After Obama getting elected a 2nd time, I will NEVER vote again. It’s all fixed!
