PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) – Rhode Island’s public-sector unions and retirees have won another court victory in the battle over the 2011 pension law.

    a lot of time has been lost already. By the time this is settled the state will have saved billions which will then have to be repaid if they lose. How is that gonna work. Get us to the SCOTUS.

    If Mattiello doesn’t remove master lever, level death tax to match the federal exemption, and back off trying to save a bankrupt Coventry Fire district with State control against the will of five local Coventry elections, all within the next 75 days, the outcome of the Taft Carter lawsuit will not matter because that will be a signal that ALL is lost in the GA, business as usual, and bankruptcy is certainty!!
